Focus and Scope

The Online Journal of Arts, Management & Social Sciences (OJAMSS) is an online research-

based and peer-reviewed journal and publishes four times in a year (quarterly). The journal is addressed to the Nigerian and international academic community and accepts articles from all scholars in the areas of Arts, Management Sciences, and Social Sciences Disciplines.

 

The focus of the Online Journal of Arts, Management & Social Sciences (OJAMSS) is research, with a bias for quantitative and qualitative studies that use any or a combination of the acceptable methods of research. These include Surveys, Content Analysis, and Experiments for quantitative studies; and Observation, Interviews/Focus Groups, and Documentary Analysis for qualitative studies. The journal seeks to contribute to the body of knowledge and welcomes articles in all areas of Social Sciences Disciplines, which include: Sociology, Social Anthropology, Mass Communication, Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Languages and Linguistics, Marketing, Public Administration, Accounting, Management Sciences, History and International Relations, Philosophy, Religion, English, Literature, and kindred disciplines such as Law and Criminology, Diplomacy, etc.

Publication Frequency

This journal publishes four times (quarterly) in a year.

The table of content of every published issue will be available for viewing, and individual papers will be added as soon as they are processed.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
